The ‘PoPuP party’ saw a range of talent take to the stage and entertain the crowd, with WillB and the Bikini Black Special leading the line-up.

Both acts were joined by their fellow performers at the Spitfire-sponsored event, all taking it in turns to lead the line-up and get the crowds feet tapping and hands clapping.

There was something for everyone in the mix, with acts ranging from comedic poets, banjo players and an accordionist to round off the display.

During the event held in July, the acts each set about geeing up the crowd and getting engrossed in the music.

After the first round of acts had completed their sets, the crowd raised a glass and the Spitfire-themed party rolled on.

The final round of songs and poems was given by WillB, who inspired the audience to sing along to his ‘Freedom Song’, and all performers joined in while the audience and sponsors all rose to their feet and danced.

This may have been the first PoPuP Petfringe event, but there are two more scheduled for this summer with the next event set for August 22 and plans already in the making for 2016.
