New 55-home development planned for Partridge Green

Since an application was submitted for land north of The Rise last month Horsham District Council has received at least 12 letters of objection.

Residents pointed towards flooding in the area, poor public transport links, and existing safety concerns in Littleworth Lane, as reasons why they opposed the application.

Rydon says it intends to provide 22 affordable housing units within proposals, in line with the 40 per cent target set by the council.
