DAWN GRACIE: Committed to inspiring next dragon generation

IT’S no secret that I thoroughly enjoy my involvement with Chichester College.

At last week’s Chamber of Commerce meeting, hosted by the college, we heard all the reasons why we should be very proud to have such a facility on our doorstep and I’m thrilled that both my children are studying there.

I recently met with Hannah Watham, a graduate of the Peter Jones academy, who delivers courses at the college, and is now ‘entrepreneur in residence’ on site. She has been working on her new Ladies 1st Business Directory, which launches next March.

I offered her a mentoring session and am totally committed to encouraging and inspiring young dragons out there. I wish Hannah all the best of luck and hope local businesswomen will also get behind her. During Global Entrepreneurship Week, November 18-24, I am sitting on the panel of a student Ten Pound Tycoon Challenge – proving you can make big money from small beginnings.

As an extra to my Mumpreneurs Networking Club meeting on the Thursday, I have invited Jenny Green of Chichester Hypnotherapy to give a talk and demonstration on how hypnotherapy can help overcome some challenges which might be holding you back in your business.
