Left their brains at home
Do people leave their brains at home when they get in their cars?
I travelled along the A27 the other day in torrential rain and was absolutely appalled at the number of cars without lights on.
It was so bad I had my fog lights on.
I also flashed people without lights on – no response!
Perhaps it is time the police took action.
