All dogs muzzled?
I WAS pleased that the woman who owned the dog that attacked the swan gave herself up to the police (Gazette, June 28).
I think all dog owners should put a muzzle on their dogs when out in public areas, then perhaps these incidents would not happen and the general public and animals would not be at risk of being attacked.
What do other readers think?
