Colleagues at all eight offices in Pulborough, Storrington, Lewes, Brighton, Eastbourne, Seaford, Forest Row and East Grinstead held their own coffee mornings on Friday last week (September 26) raising just under £300.

Macmillan in Sussex is the firm’s chosen charity and has a dedicated team of ‘Macmillan Mascots’ who coordinate all fundraising activities, meeting regularly to come up with new ideas.

Chair of the Mascots and marketing assistant, Amy Pulling said: “Our staff always embrace our fundraising activities with enthusiasm and vigour and the coffee morning was no exception.

“We had an amazing selection of baked goodies in all our offices and I know several colleagues who couldn’t stop at just one cake, which was great to increase the amount raised – possibly not so great for waistlines though!”
