Premium space?

Your Gazette Property section (July 17) advertises what must be the most expensive parking space in Sussex and, probably, in the whole of the UK.

On page 29, Leaders are offering a garage in a small compound in Littlehampton at £10,500 pcm.

I suppose that’s what is meant by the phrase ‘parking at a premium’!
