EVEN in this year's difficult economic climate we would like to thank all those who supported, and the rota of collectors who stood outside for the recent Sainsbury's collection for the Friends of Rother District Citizen's Advice Bureau (CAB)
We raised £627.33, which was excellent. Even more so were the supportive comments from people about the help CAB provides - impartial and free-of-charge at our offices in Town Hall Square, and with our outreach work so necessary in the rural communities and villages of Rother.
This year more than ever our advisors, who are mainly volunteers, are dealing with many distressing financial and social issues and we continue to provide our commitment to fundraise to support their work.
