What a waste '“ Pier Road is crying out for improvement

WHAT a waste of money, to be used to build a bench along the seafront '“ there is already a long wall for people to sit on.

This money could have been used to update and improve Pier Road alongside the restaurants.

A broad walk, with seating for tourists to sit and eat their food, would look good, making it possible to stroll right along from Pier Road to the Look and Sea centre.

Or even pedestrianise this road to traffic during the summer months, to make it tourist-friendly and benefit everyone.
