What does the Trust board do?
THREE cheers for the Observer and the Freedom of Information Act in bringing to light that the Trust has managed to blow £4 million in a year on outside consultants, a fact that I’m sure would otherwise have been buried in the annual accounts.
It’s a hell of a lot of money to spend in a year – expensive consultants or did they see the trust coming?
I note the comments of the Trust spokesman but nevertheless, one is left wondering what the Board and senior management team are being paid for.
