Save our facilities

Scrooge wants to strike again to bring us some dreary news. It will cost us 20p to use public toilets and if we don't pay, the toilets will be closed. I hope when the coachloads of people arrive in Chichester they do not need the toilet. Perhaps the council will explain to them why we do not have public toilets in Chichester and allow these people to use their toilets.
