Shocked by multiplex plans

I have recently heard that there could be future plans to build a multiplex in Bognor Regis? To say I was shocked would be an understatement.

Why would Arun think that the people of Bognor would want to pay extreme prices to get in to a cinema, when we have a perfectly good one already in Bognor that we should all be supporting. Where else can you see the latest films for just £2.50 and get popcorn for £2? My little nieces love coming over to Bognor to see the latest children’s films and for those prices, my sisters can afford to do it regularly.

If this multiplex was to go ahead I assume it would be at the expense of the Picturedrome and a nice trip out would no longer be an option.

Have the councillors in Bognor even taken the time to ask the public what they want as I’m sure no one would want to see the Picturedrome close and I cannot see how a small town like Bognor could sustain two cinemas.
