Horley Hand-Out also hosts regular free giveaways to help promote local business through their Facebook page.
Joe Luxford, the co-director of Horley Hand-Out said: “I was standing in a queue at the newsagents and was shocked at the amount of lottery tickets and scratchcards a customer purchased.
“It got me thinking that there must be a better way of not only increasing the customers chance of winning, but also seeing some of that money handed over, benefit the local community.

Entries for the competition are growing each week.
The first draw on Friday, April 2 received over 500 entries and the winner received a cash prize of £500.
Joe added: “Our jackpot prize is all self generated. The more people we can get on board, the bigger cash prizes can be distributed.
“As we progress, we aim to have more competitions open to our customers.”
