Chichester Community Development Trust (CCDT) has organised the event to raise much-needed funds for The Sussex Snowdrop Trust and community outreach programmes by the trust.

The Easter egg trail will begin outside CCDT’s office in the impressive Water Tower of Graylingwell Park, where families will collect their map, instructions and scavenger hunt.

The trail will lead them to nine sites within safe walking distance around the area, revealing a fun fact at every stop to add an intriguing twist to the event.

Once completed the children will have all that is needed to solve the word challenge and collect their well-earned egg from the tower.

The trail takes in many locations where CCDT carries out projects and work, including The Pavilion – soon to open as a mind, body wellness centre in June; Graylingwell Chapel – opening as a community and events space with a café and interactive pre-school play area in early 2022; and Havenstoke Park and the community garden.

The event takes place every day from April 2-5, from 9.30am to 3pm, and there is no need to pre-book.

Tickets are £4 per child, including their Easter egg.
