With ongoing Covid restrictions meaning that gyms are closed, runners all over the country including Lewes AC, have been set the challenge by England Athletics to create images with running apps when they’re out and about.

This is all in preparation for the next round of the virtual National Road Relay Competition where teams of four men and four women each have to run five miles as quickly as they can.
