There was much head scratching and brain storming at The Grange Leisure Centre when Rother Valley Together (RVT), the day care activity club for elderly and vulnerable people in Midhurst, held their own version of a pub quiz.
Rother Valley Together manager Caroline Henderson told the Observer: “More than 30 members, staff, volunteers and trustees enjoyed the quiz.
“It involved questions on a wide range of subjects, including ‘name that tune’ questions about some great 50s and 60s music and putting names to famous faces.
“There was some healthy competition between the teams and everyone had a lot of fun.”
Rother Valley Together is a volunteer led, club based at The Grange Centre, which said Caroline: “offers lunch, fun, friendship and support for the elderly and for those having difficulty getting out and about independently.”
A wide range of activities are offered to members including crafts, pottery, games, quizzes, outings and talks.
“If you would like further details about RVT, when we are open and what we do please contact me,” said Caroline.
