Her body was found amongst rocks on the beach at Selsey, close to Bunn Leisure’s holiday park.

Her family has been informed and a post mortem is due to take place later this week.

Police said at the time there was no indication as to the cause of death, and that it was not being treated as suspicious, and the Hampshire Police spokesperson said this was still the case.

Sussex Police had earlier said that the woman had been found amongst rocks on the beach at Selsey after a fisherman spotted her body and alerted police at around 1pm.
