Police warn Felpham residents to lock their cars.

Police have warned residents to lock their cars and make sure they remove valuable property.

This follows seven recent overnight incidents in the Felpham area.

Overnight on Monday, July 11 five vehicles were broken into.

Sat Navs were stolen from three of them, two of which had not been locked.

Two nights later two vehicles were broken into in the car park at Grassmere Close, but nothing is believed to have been stolen.

PCSO Michelle Davies said: “Could residents please be aware, remove any valuables and ensure doors are locked and secure.

“If you see any suspicious activity please call the police via 999.

“If anyone has any information relating to these recent incidents, please call us via 0845 60 70 999 or anonymously to independent charity Crimestoppers 0800 555 111.”
