New townhouses in Shoreham's Ropetackle off Old Shoreham Road development approved
Plans to build seven town-houses in Shoreham have been approved by Adur District Council.

The application from Adur Developments Ltd for Old Shoreham Road was deferred in December for more information about landscaping and impact on neighbouring properties.
The site forms part of the Shoreham Ropetackle development and plans were finally approved on Monday (February 6).
The development will be made up of a terrace of five houses with three storeys at front and two storeys at the rear, and a pair of semi-detached three-storey homes.
