Part of Steyne Gardens was transformed into a snowy landscape as hundreds of people who won tickets to Nokia's Finnish Christmas event enjoyed food and drink, children's crafts and a little snow.

Worthing is one of five towns winning the event in the UK, after thousands of people voted in the internet competition.

Video filmed during the event will appear on this website on Monday, November 30, live steam video can be seen at qik.com/worthingherald .
