Rose Green WI birthday celebrations

President Ann Kiddle welcomed members and guests from North Bersted and Pagham Harbour.

After Mollie Cann invited all Craft Guild members to her home on April 23, everybody enjoyed a good old sing-a-long with Mrs Lorna Moore and her "songs from the shows".

This was a great success and together with a good chat, made this a birthday meeting to remember.

The vote of thanks was given by Frances Coulson.

Everybody then enjoyed the beautiful cake made by Marian Cullis and Pat Smith. The competition for an LP cover was won by Sheila Thomas and members were reminded of the annual plant and cake sale on May 17 at the home of Jean Dewey.

The raffle was drawn and all went happily home.
