Rotary splashes out for Midhurst Swimming Club

Members of the Midhurst and Petworth Rotary Club have splashed out with a donation to support the work of Midhurst Swimming Club.

At the recent Midhurst Rother College Community Day Rotary president Nigel Goodenough took the chance to present the club, now in its 48th year, with a cheque so that more children of all ages and abilities can learn and improve their skills. Leaving Midhurst at 6.30pm every Thursday in term time, they are taken by coach to The Herons in Haslemere where they are taught by professional coaches. Details are available from
