The show will once again include the Rye Classic Car Show, Terrier Racing, Canine Olympics, and Showjumping as well as local crafts and produce stalls.

Each year the Hospice needs to raise over £3million towards the costs of running its services which include the In-Patient Unit, In-Patient Services, Day Services, Hospice at Home, volunteer-led Hospice Neighbours, Bereavement Services and Night Sitting.

“St Michael’s Hospice is really excited to be a part of this famous show in Rye and we are very pleased the Rye Show Committee have asked the Hospice to be involved and support the event this year.” said Perdita Chamberlain, head of Fundraising at St Michael’s.

Rye Show chairman Jenny Yeo said: “The previous committee and our new members are delighted the hospice will be benefitting from this year’s show. We hope for the continuing support from the people of Rye for this very worthwhile cause and look forward to welcoming everyone.”
