Richard Phillips: it was good to se Richard Phillips the other day in Hawkhurst. He had a house in the village for many years, he was looking very well.

Twinning: Sandhurst Twinning Association is to have a quiz night on March 4 at The Old School hall at 7pm for 7.30. £10 per person includes supper. Choral concert: The concert given by the choristers of Canterbury Cathedral attracted a full house at St Nicholas Church raising a marvellous £3,400 for the church tower fund. Many thanks to everyone who worked so hard for the event.
