Cricket club: The club is at home to Bidborough with a 1pm start on September 20. The match ball is sponsored by Mr P Godliman. A date for the diary is the annual general meeting on November at 8pm, venue to be advised.
Sandhurst Primary School is to have a quiz night on September 26 from 7pm to 10.30pm in the Old School Hall. £5 per person, up to eight people per team. Advance bookings, please. Call Tania 07971 836905. This is to raise funds for IT equipment.
The civic amenity refuse lorry will be in thew village; 8 - 8.25am at Lomas Lane, 8.30 - 9am at Ringle Green, 9.05 - 9.35 at back Road, 9.40 - 10.20am at Tanyard, and 10.25 - 11am at Sandhurst Close.
