The village primary and nursery school is to have a Christmas Fair on December 7 at the Primary school from 11am until 2pm. Free entry wiht a raffle, tombola, hoopla, mince pies and much more.
Christmas Day the village will have a bus service and Boxing Day and New Years Day, but the village will have a normal service on all other days before and after Christmas.
The village has two teams in the East Sussex Football League division one, the team has yet to win, and so has the division six side.
