Sims Williams rebrand

2013 sees Sims Williams launch their new visual identity with a complete rebranding.

Having kept the same branding for some years, Sims Williams had a very established identity but felt that it needed refreshing whilst still maintaining its integrity.

The company partners worked closely with a rising graphic designer, Greg Lewis, of Good Looking Design to develop a brand new logo with updated colours, whilst still retaining Sims Wiliams’ recognition.

The redesign has been across the board, from new shop fronts to new sale boards, from stationery items to internet presence.

A new, easy to navigate, website has also been unveiled. Designed by award winning company Technicweb, it has been built considering the end-user at all times, offering access to relevant information quickly, including enhanced photographs, floor plans, slide shows and maps.

It also allows the user to register their requirements and similar to property portals, be sent any instructions that suit their specifications.

From a single office opened in 1981 the Sims Williams network has expanded to 4 sales offices in Chichester, Arundel, Walberton and Old Bosham plus two lettings offices in Arundel and Chichester.
