Spring Open Day atMallydams Wood

THE RSPCA is opening its Mallydams Wood Centre at Fairlight for a Spring Open Day on Saturday.

The Open Day offers a rare chance to view the wood during spring time.

There will be a number of events including spring-themed trails, creative activities and a spring art gallery.

The day runs from 11am - 3pm and entry is £1. Last admission 2.30pm. Light refreshments will be available during the event.

Mallydams Wood is situated at Peter James Lane, in Fairlight.

Limited parking will be available on-site and there is also free parking in Lower Mountain Field further up Peter James Lane depending on weather conditions.

It is accessible by bus number 344 from Hastings and Rye.
