Stolen car dumped in Littlehampton front garden

A CAR stolen in Littlehampton was found abandoned in a front garden 12 hours later.

The white Peugeot 405 estate was taken from Arundel Road at about 10am on Saturday (August 1).

Gosden Road residents reported seeing the car being driven into the garden of a home in their street at about 10.50pm. A group of youths jumped out of the car and run away towards Horsham Road. No damage was caused to the garden or house.

One of them was described as male, wearing a grey and yellow-striped shirt, and another was said to be white, aged 16 -18, with short brown hair, wearing a light-coloured track-suit top with a stripe on it.
