Stranded at Rye
EFFORTS were continuing this week to support the crew of the huge container vessel MV Torrent which has been stranded at Rye since January with it’s captain and five crew members aboard.
Steps were continuing to resolve a financial dispute. Meanwhile Rye Lions renewed their appeal for local donations to feed and look after the crew. Pictured is Captain Moseev from the ship with Rye Lions.
