After the deluge that hit Sussex today (Thursday August 13), more rain is on the way tomorrow.
The Met Office ended up upgrading their weather warning to amber from yellow as thunderstorms hit the county today.
Flash floods caused problems for drivers and a number of shops were forced to close as water seaped into buildings.
Tomorrow there is still an alert (yellow) for the whole day with the possibility of heavy rain.
As with today, temperatures will stay in the high teens.
The day will remain overcast but there could be heavy showers in parts of the county.
The good news, though, is that the weekend looks set to be dry with some sunshine breaking through the cloud.
