UPDATE: Car accident blocks A27

An accident involving a car and a motorbike blocked the Chichester Bypass.

The accident occurred between Fishbourne Road in West Chichester and Bognor Road in North Mundham.

As a result, the A27 Chichester Bypass was blocked and there is queuing traffic eastbound between the Fishbourne roundabout and Bognor Road roundabout.

All lanes have been re-opened but there is still very heavy traffic between these roundabouts.
