TRAFFIC CHAOS AFTER BUS CRASH ON A24

The crash, which involved a single decker bus, a car and a van, happened on the A24 at the junction of Bost Hill, around 1pm.

Police said the bus was stationary at a bus stop at the time of the accident but could not say how many people were on board.

Police closed the road after the collision causing traffic chaos.

An ambulance spokeswoman has now confirmed one of the injured people was a woman in her 60s, who has been taken to Worthing Hospital with neck and back pain.
