One lane is closed on the M23 near Gatwick Airport this afternoon (Sunday, April 16), after reports of a stalled horsebox.

AA Traffic News said at 2.08pm that recovery work is taking place on the southbound road before junction 9 (Gatwick Airport).
AA Traffic News said: “Traffic is coping well. Camera shows the breakdown along with recovery is ongoing in the lay by however lane one (of four) is closed for safety reasons.”
