M23 crash: lanes closed after report of collision involving two lorries and a car near Gatwick

There have been reports of a crash causing delays on the M23 near Gatwick airport this evening (Friday, August 4).

They said: “Two lanes closed and delays due to crash, two lorries and a car involved on M23 Southbound from M25 Interchange to J9 (Gatwick Airport). Congestion to The M25 is very slow in both directions. Lane two has been reopened however lane one (of four) remains closed.”
