VIDEO: Prince Harry joins veterans for Battle of Britain commemoration
Prince Harry joined veterans at Goodwood Aerodrome today for a flypast involving more than 30 Spitfires and Hurricanes to commemorate the 75th anniversary of World War Two’s Battle of Britain.
The grouping, the biggest in one place since the war, took off from Goodwood Aerodrome before flying to airfields linked to the battle.
Prince Harry was due to be a passenger in a Spitfire, but gave up his seat for an ex-serviceman when one of the Spitfires was grounded.
