Huge queues as people flock to West Wittering Beach
At least a four-miles tailback is being reported along Birdham Road as families flock to West Wittering Beach to make the most of the hot weather.
The car park is currently full, the West Wittering Beach website is reporting, and currently operating one-in-one-out with long delays taking place.
It was a similar story yesterday (Monday, August 15), as families make the most of the summer holidays as well as balmy temperatures of around 24° which are set to last tomorrow.
Chichester Police is also reporting long delays along roads around the A27.
