Sally Denley, 30, of Howard House, Pevensey Road, Bognor Regis, was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge, after admitting stealing items worth £463.41 from Boots in Chichester on April 16, 2015; possessiong a quantity of heroin; and possessing a quantity of cocaine.

Darryl Latimer, 28, of Lennox Road, Chichester, was given a community order with six-week curfew between 9pm and 7am, electronically monitored, after admitting dishonestly receiving stolen goods worth £228.99. he must also pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Aaron McGowan, 35, of Berry Court, Mosse Gardens, Chichester, was given a community order with rehabilitation requirement after admitting assault by beating. He was also fined £150 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Toby Ostrom, 55, of Bursledon Close, Bognor Regis, was fined £190 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge, after admitting entering an address, contrary to a restraining order.

Louise Arram, 46, of High Street, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 240 hours’ unpaid work after admitting failing to notify the DWP of a change affecting income support; two charges of making a false statement claiming to be single to obtain jobseekers’ allowance, despite being married; and making a false statement claiming to be single to obtain housing benefit. She must pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Michael Jones, 21, of St Winifred’s Close, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting stealing DVDs worth £37 from Morrisons in Bognor Regis on July 25, 2105. He must pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Kamil Malinowski, 25, of Streete Court, Victoria Drive, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for six months after admitting being in an area from which he was banned by police. He must pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal charge.

Ricki Smith, 31, of The Orchard, Bognor Regis, was fined £100 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drug-driving (3.5ug/1 cannabis in the blood) in Marley Way, Storrington, on May 22, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Kevin Wason, 45, of Lavina Court, Hastings Close, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of failing to provide a specimen of blood when required by police. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Steven Elliott, 53, of Chawkmare Coppice, Bognor Regis, was fined £300 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £180 criminal courts charge, after admitting breaking a non-molestation order by sending a birthday card and texts.

Andrew Lewis, 31, of Glamis Street, Bognor Regis, was discharged absolutely after admitting stealing perfume worth £94 from Boots in Bognor Regis. He must pay £94 compensation.

James Doherty, 32, of Battans Lane, Fontwell, was fined £335 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit on the B2139 Houghton. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

James Keeler, 33, of The Street, Itchenor, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of failed to identify a driver to police when required. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Leigh Beeby, 40, of Countisbury Close, Bognor Regis, was fined £325 and must pay £33 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on April 7, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Terence Oswell, 67, of Lillywhite Road, Westhampnett, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of failing to identify a driver when required by police. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Elliott Purser, 21, of Lichfield Gardens, Bognor Regis, was fined £400 and must pay £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving a vehicle with a tyre that failed to meet the minimum tread depth. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Laura Young, 33, of Robinson Close, Selsey, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Manor Road, Selsey, on March 11, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Paul Boyns, 34, of Graydon Avenue, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £35 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting being drunk and disorderly in Stockbridge Road, Chichester, on July 28, 2015.

Christina Emslie, 28, of St Agnes Place, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £35 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting stealing DVDs worth £183 from Tesco, Chichester, on July 30, 2015.

Eduards Paura, 18, of Priory Court, Campbell Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £300 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting driving without insurance in Ockley Road, Bognor Regis, on July 16, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Michael Rea, 73, of Somerset Gardens, Bognor Regis, was fined £200 after admitting unlawfully practising dentistry at Bognor Denture Repairs between August 6, 2014, and September 29, 2014. He must pay £200 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £1,205.03 costs.
