Michael Okoniewski, 26, of Trafalgar Court, Victoria Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £100 and must pay £70 costs, after admitting failing to attend unpaid work, as required by a community order.

Adam Rumball, 41, of Connaught House, The Esplanade, Bognor Regis, was jailed for two months and must pay £150 criminal courts charge after admitting stealing a £154.99 television from Sainsbury’s. He was given a two-month prison sentence to run concurrently after admitting stealing a £189.99 television from Tesco. A suspended two-month prison sentence for theft from Wilkinson was implemented as a one-month prison sentence. A suspended one-month prison sentence for resisting a police constable was also implemented, to run concurrently. A further suspended two-month prison sentence for theft from Sainsbury’s was also implemented, to run consecutively. The overall sentence was therefore five months’ imprisonment.

Gustavo Fernandes, 38, of Hillfield Road, Selsey, was fined £390 and must pay £39 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (68mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Charles Avenue, Chichester, on June 26, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Peter Sutherland, 23, of Charles Avenue, Chichester, was fined £50 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £50 costs and £180 criminal courts charge, after admitting possessing cannabis. He was also fined £50 after admitting possessing amphetamine.

Milosz Belz, 28, of Cheveley Gardens, Aldwick, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work, after admitting drink-driving (123mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath in Bognor Regis on May 19, 2015. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge, and was disqualified from driving fvor 36 months. He was fined £200 after admitting driving without insurance. He also admitted driving without a licence, no separate penalty.

Jason Burridge, 45, of New Road, Midhurst, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting assault by beating in Bognor Regis on June 27, 2015.

Kerensa Scott, 39, of Bradshaw Road, Chichester, was fined £175 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (43mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Old Broyle Road, Chichester, on June 27, 2015. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Barbara and Robin Mincik, 60, of Merston, have each been given a Dog Control Order after admitting not keeping a dangerous dog under proper control. The dog must be muzzled, be on a secure lead in a public place, and be covered by third party insurance. They must also pay £500 costs.

Robert Bayly, 38, of Kirdford Road, Arundel, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on April 14, 2014. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Stacey Bunn, 36, of Torton Hill Road, Arundel, was fined £200 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving over 70mph in Newells Lane, Arundel, on February 1, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Brandon Jones, 26, of Cherry Orchard Road, Chichester, was fined £133 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of failing to stop at a red light on the A24 at Dial Post on July 7, 2014. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Richard Collier, 25, of Main Road, Yapton, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of failing to wear a seatbelt as a front seat passenger in a car.

Jean Edwards, 73, of Main Road, Emsworth, was fined £37 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to stop at a red light on the A24 at Dial Post on February 21, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Wayne Matthews, 44, of Sutherland Court, Bognor Regis, was fined £120 and had to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in West Street, Bognor Regis, on February 8, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Anthony Meheux, 24, of Highfield Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £400 and must pay £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Westergate Street, Bognor Regis, on February 10, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Paul Hashmi, 33, of Haleybridge Walk, Tangmere, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of using a vehicle with a faulty silencer.

Paul Tuvey, 58, of Windsor Road, Chichester, was fined £380 and must pay £38 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Arundel on February 2, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

James Dean, 29, of Caffyns Rise, Billingshurst, was fined £100 after being found guilty of driving without a licence in Stanmer Park, Brighton, on February 5, 2015. He was also fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance. His driving record was endorsed with seven points.

Grzegorz Rubaj, 51, of Tythe Barn Chalets, Montalan Crescent, Selsey, was fined £50 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without a licence in Mill Lane, Selsey, on February 22, 2015. He was also fined £245 after admitting driving without insurance. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Ashley Slater, 28, of Ash Grove, Bognor Regis, was fined £50 after being found guilty of driving without a licence in Chichester on February 9, 2015. He was also fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance, and fined £50 after being found guilty of driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Christopher Hughes, 66, of Hunston Road, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for 24 months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £100 costs, after being found guilty of assault by beating in Wisborough Green on March 9, 2015. A restraining order was also made.

Andrzej Janas, 35, of Steyne Hall, The Steyne, Bognor Regis, was fined £180 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (75mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Worms Lane, Bognor Regis, on June 28, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Lee Moore, 38, of Pennycord Close, Selsey, was fined £515 and must pay £52 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (70mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Oval Road, Selsey, on June 30, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 46 months. He also admitted driving without insurance and without a licence, no separate penalty.

Kerrie Samples, 41, of Kingsway, Selsey, was discharged conditionally for 18 months after admitting assaulting a police constable and using threatening words or behaviour in Selsey on June 28, 2015. She must pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Melanie Scutt, 39, of Ashbee Gardens, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting assault (one slap, no injury caused). She must pay £15 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

Alice Barnett-North, 18, of Radnor Road, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £100 costs, after admitting resisting a police constable in Worthing on April 12, 2015.
