Can we see figures?

NEW research undertaken by the Local Government Association reveals 400,000 new homes have received planning permission have not been built and building has yet to start on more than half.

Sir Merrick Cockell, the LGA chairman, stated these figures conclusively prove that local authorities are approving new developments. He further states that if planning departments did not receive another new home application for the next three years there were sufficient approved applications to last until 2016 at the current rate of construction.

Could you please provide figures of housing numbers in the Chichester District with permission, that have yet to be started or completed and their impact on the already over-stretched infrastructure, without further planning permission being granted to other large developments around the city?
