Just a coincidence

Chichester District Council appear to want to drive out people from Chichester city centre with possible proposals to yet again, increase car parking charges, which in turn, will affect the city’s businesses.

Fair and equitable charges should apply to all areas and not be selective.

The council quotes ‘shortfall’ figures, but it would be nice to know exactly how much revenue is raised in total per annum by parking charges?

Perhaps it was just a coincidence that the ‘parking charges’ article appeared next to the ‘bin lorry fire to cost council £4k in funds’!
