The Amazons coaches were able to rotate the bench well, allowing for fresh legs and fresh thinking throughout. Following feedback from the previous game the Amazons kept their defence tight and really focused on this during the first half.

Crawley played a physical game with their defence often causing issues for Amazons but this didn’t stop Amazons from piling on the points, finishing the game with a 67-46 win.

Top scorer was Lara Whitaker for the Amazons with an impressive 22 points.

The Amazons would like to invite local fans to watch their next game, due to be played at the Arena Sports Centre, Bognor on Tuesday, November 17, versus Brighton Phoenix.
