DAVIES FIRES FIVE AS GOLDS HIT SIX
LITTLEHAMPTON Football Club captain Steve Davies hammered five goals to move onto 22 for the season in his side's emphatic 6-0 victory at Rye & Iden United on Saturday.
Having returned to Littlehampton Football Club in the summer, after winning the title with Horsham YMCA last season, Davies was named Littlehamp-ton skipper in December and has already passed his goal-target for the campaign as well as being the division's leading marksman.
On Saturday, Davies said: "I got six once before in youth football for Rustington but I've never got that many in a senior game before."
