Football: Sponsors can help get Pebbles rolling

Bognor's under-18s are looking for a pro-active sponsor for the 2013-14 season to back them in their third season in the competitive Ryman Youth League south division.

They have gone from strength to strength in the past two seasons, finishing eighth in their first season (2011-12) and fifth last season.

The team have strong support, with gates in excess of 75 for most league games and 225 present for their first FA Youth Cup game at Nyewood Lane against Whyteleafe.

The team have been given the nickname of the Pebbles by supporters, which has given them their own identity and their own growing following.

An FA Youth Cup run last season saw the Pebbles visit Faversham in Kent following emphatic wins at home to Whyteleafe (5-3) and at Burgess Hill Town FC (7-2). The latter earned them headlines on the FA Youth Cup website.
Players of high calibre are being attracted to the club, which benefits the first team as well as the under-18s as two players have successfully made the step up in the 2012-13 season. Dan Kempson and Ollie Pearce became key players for the first team last term.

The under-18s are looking for a new main shirt sponsor and training-wear sponsor to help meet the ongoing costs associated with running a team at this level.
If you can offer support financially and you are interested in being associated with the team, contact Mike Wood on 07805 251454 or Dan Cox on 07762 762252.

Ideally they would like a single sponsor but if you feel you want to sponsor at a lower level or just wish to make an anonymous donation, please call.
