Following a chat with Bognor boss Jamie Howell yesterday, Lincoln was given permission by the manager to play in Braintree Town’s 3-2 National League victory at Woking.

Having answered Irons’ goalkeeper crisis call, Howell was unaware whether Lincoln would be back to represent Rocks in their first-round qualifying FA Trophy clash at Southern League Premier Division side Slough.

But following a discussion between Lincoln and Howell, the stopper has confirmed he remains available for Saturday’s game.
