You could be Pagham FC's shirt sponsor for just £100

A draw is planned and anyone who pays £100 to enter could be picked to have their name emblazoned across the Lions’ shirts, with other rewards also up for grabs.

Pagham are looking forward to a good campaign under Kerry Hardwell, who turned around their fortunes after being appointed midway through last season.

In a letter to past sponsors and potential new backers, chairman Tony Shea said: “Firstly and most importantly, we hope you and your family are in good health following recent lockdown measures.

“Secondly, if you have sponsored us before, thank you for your wonderful support of your local club.

“Lastly, we hope we can rely on you to support the club for the 2020-21 season.

“I realise that in these very trying times this may prove difficult, but as a community club we rely totally on local sponsorship to survive.

"We shall, as usual, be holding our annual shirt sponsorship draw. Entries will cost £100 each and the winner will be the club’s main shirt sponsor for the coming season, with a number of sponsors’ days also up for grabs.

“We will also be selling advertising space around the ground, which has proved very popular in the past. A 9m banner with your company’s logo/details on it will be available for £380 for a two-year period.

“We will also be running our popular monthly bonus ball draw. For £20 a month or a one-off payment of £200 (12 months) your lucky number, if drawn out as the bonus ball in the National Lotto draw (last Saturday of every month), will win you £500 or if your number appears in the main draw, a consolation £15 meat voucher

“More details on the shirt sponsors draw will be announced soon. In the meantime, we wish you and your families all the very best during these difficult times.
