But will be it be a good day for our top tipsters, as it was for a couple of them on Wednesday?

Observer sports editor Steve Bone and Goodwood MD of sport Adam Waterworth each picked out three winners on day two, including the winner of the Qatar Sussex Stakes, The Gurkha.

That puts them in the lead in our five-day, five-way competition which will end with bookmaker Coral giving the winner £100 to donate to an equine charity of their choice.

The scores on the doors after two days are as follows: Adam Waterworth - 4 wins, Steve Bone - 4, Tanya Stevenson of C4 Racing - 1, Alex Eade of Goodwood racecourse - 1, Dave Stevens of Coral - 1.

Here are today’s tips from the panel - good luck if you are following them. Note that every one of the five has gone for Big Orange in the Goodwood Cup.
