Harry is the county's top under-14 golfer

Harry Isham, a Year 8 student at Felpham Community College, is celebrating winning the Sussex Under-14 Golf Championship at Mid-Sussex Golf Course.

The 13-year-old has been playing for four years at Bognor Golf Club and said: “I play at lots of different courses around West Sussex and really enjoy experiencing different venues.

“Last year at Bognor I won four competitions and at the end of last year at the presentation evening I won ‘most improved player’. I have a number of summer competitions coming up.

“My dream would be to become a pro golfer and play on the PGA Tour and if I could not I would love to coach and teach golf.

“I’d love to do GCSE PE when I choose my options and I want to cut my handicap (15) down.”
