Local knowledge puts firm a jump ahead

BRINGING a wealth of equestrian experience to a new office which specialises in equestrian properties for an area extending through Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Greater London is Clair Jeffreys.

As a four year old, pony-mad child, she had her first riding lesson. This was the beginning of a passion that has led to more than 30 years experience of riding, owning and competing horses.

For the last 20 years she has been a serious competitive rider, competing nationally at an affiliated level, and currently owns one horse, Great Idea. When she is not busy running the business she is competing in British Eventing horse trials, now currently at Intermediate level.

Last year was a very good year for Clair and Great Idea, resulting in a win at Aston-Le-Walls Intermediate which qualified them for the Festival of British Eventing Intermediate championships at Gatcombe to be held in August later this year.

Clair has now been appointed to manage South East Equestrian Properties, a new office which is part of UK Equestrian Properties

Clair and her team, like all members of the group, have worked with and ridden horses for many years and so truly understand the needs of the equestrian buyer.

The formula for success is based on the simple principle of an experienced and friendly supportive team offering reliable local knowledge. Add to this extensive advertising in the equestrian press, realistic valuations, fair commission rates, clear property details and a constantly updated website listing properties that have land and equestrian facilities, or with future potential, and you have a proven and successful method for matching buyers with sellers and offering a first class service.

Having lived in the south east all her life, Clair knows the area well.
