Nine-man Saxons nab late leveller
Saxons got off to the perfect start in the South Hockey League Kent/Sussex - Regional 2 contest, taking the lead less than a minute after the push-back. Harry Reece pounced on a defensive lapse and slotted home.
However, Mid-Sussex pegged Saxons back 10 minutes before the break. The second half brought a number of yellow cards, with the home side capitalising on their numerical advantage to go ahead for the first time in the match 15 minutes from time.
